Went in to test drive a TSX. Dimitru was very helpful and informative. During the negotiations he brought Chip in and we ended up with what I think is a very fair deal for a great car. Altho my my wonderful TL needed little more than routine maintenence over last 2 years, Acura of Boston has provides excellent professional care. They gave me good advice when I upgraded the tires. They have more than once not charged for something or reduced fees voluntarily, when they thought this was fair. Their price for a major service was $60-100 less than 5 other Acura dealers in the area. They wash and vacuum the car after each visit for free and also have loaner vehicles, shuttle service, and wifi waiting area with free snacks. In summary, Acura of Boston routinely treats me as a valued customer, instead of as a revenue opportunity. More
I bought 06 VW Passat in this dealership. Even though I live in Rhode Island. The car was clean and well maintained. The customer service was also so nice. I've been an Acura owner for years and was happy to go to Boston. Working with Perry was stress free and he gave me a great deal. I even thought I wanted an MDX but the sales manager helped me to decide that for my needs the RDX was better; I really felt taken care of. I've never had an SUV but the assistant Ralph spent more than enough time with me to go over every detail of my new vehicle; I was even calling my wife from the car in no time. Acura of Boston has really built a great sales team. They even took the time to show me around their service department and I look forward to going back for all my services. More

My entire experience at Bernardi Acura of Boston was awesome! This was my first car buying experience so I was a little nervous but they made the process a breeze! I started by browsing their website until I found the perfect car for me. When I had questions but couldn't make it into the dealership they worked with me via email and gave me every answer I needed. They weren't pushy and didn't pressure me to buy before I was ready like some other dealerships I worked with. Their marketing specialist, Samantha, gave me quick responses but didn't bombard me. She referred me to Dimitrui in their sales dept who was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted. Dimitrui really listened to me and gave me a great offer. He informed me of all the accessories that already come standard with the car like a sunroof and leather seats!! Then he helped me chose some extra accessories so that I could keep my first car protected along with some that really make it personalized to exactly my preferences. The Finance Manager, Jon Kent, explained all the paperwork and really took the time to make sure I knew my options. This is a dealership I can trust! I look forward to servicing my car there and knowing that I'm a valued customer. More

Last week my husband and I stopped into the Bernardi showroom to test drive the new all wheel drive TL. The customer relations manager, Katherine, who was nice enough to follow up with us after our service appointments, made it a point to step out of her office and greet us. Our sales consultant, Paul, gave us a thorough overview of the TL. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered of our questions with confidence and clarity. We didn’t feel pressured at all! We are now the proud owners of a new Acura TL and I would without a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone hoping to receive a truly pleasurable, no-hassle purchase experience. More
I bought an '05 TL here and have brought it back for a variety of service needs long after warranty has ended, including for some issues that would probably make most technicians roll their eyes. Everyone at the dealership has been professional, patient, respectful, sympathetic and friendly. In particular, I've really appreciated service reps and mechanics' willingness to drop everything on more than one occasion in order to take a spin around the block with me on a noise-hunting mission. And most importantly, no member of the Acura of Boston team has ever made me feel that even hard-to-find issues were anything less than legitimate. It's a model dealership, in my book. I obviously have only one buying experience, and it's far in the past -- but it, too, was very pleasantly and professionally handled by Acura of Boston employees. More
I was thoroughly impressed with the Acura of Boston sales team from start to finish. My initial contact came from Samantha in follow up to an internet request. Despite me putting her off a first time because of my father-in-law’s heart surgery and a second due to the power loss in NH during the ice storm, she demonstrated sincerity and maintained her professionalism while asking at the same time if she could follow up again. Being a sales manager myself I was impressed. Upon contacting the dealership on the phone when I was ready to move forward with purchasing a vehicle, I was put in contact with Gary Cooney as Samantha was not working. Gary took the time to listen to my position and to understand where I was in the sales process. From there he acted quickly and aggressively to the point where he enticed me enough to make a trip down from New Hampshire despite having a quote from another dealer and despite having family in from out of town to get the deal done. Finally, Peter Gallagher has been a fantastic liason as a new Acura owner. On the day of my purchase, during the vehicle exchange and on a follow up call he has made me feel like I am receiving VIP service. Congratulations on putting together such a successful organization. Everyone always helps answer my questions but doesn't play games or treat me like I'm stupid. They have a good thing going.
