We came in to look at Acura because we needed a new car and we were shopping around. We came to Acura because our daughter has a Honda Civic and we all really like that car. We wanted to see what the upgraded version of Honda was like. Our salesman was Dumitru Moisei. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We test drove the TL-SH AWD.We liked the feel of the car and all the technology that is in it. We decided to buy it. When the car came in Dumitru spent several hours with us to make sure we knew how to operate all the features of the car and answer all of our questions. In the last week since we picked the car up, Dumitru has called us several times to see if we have any questions or are having any difficulties figuring out all the technical aspects of the car. So far - so good. We are really enjoying the car. More
I almost bought an Acura TSX 2010 4cl w/ Tech package, though for personal reasons didn't go through with it. Dumitru was extremely helpful with my purchasing decision and made the whole experience of buying a luxury sedan a very pleasant one. He was extremely concerned about my decision, whether it had to do with Acura or not, and always gave a very honest opinion about any question I had. My experience was so good that I didn't even care going to any other Acura dealership in my vicinity. He made it feel like the car was mine even before the purchase, and never once did I get the feeling that I was being ripped off, or that money was the biggest driving force for him. Customer satisfaction seemed of prime importance and I was always kept at ease. Some dealers first ask you your budget, but here I was shown all the cars, asked what I wanted and showed all the features. I did my homework later, and it turned out that it was the best price that Acura of Boston was giving me, with hardly any hassle of haggling, which is unlike the "dealer" concept as all of you know. My sales rep followed up the right amount and was always available to answer any question over the phone or via email. I will definitely be going back there the second I need an Acura. More
I purchased a new 2010 Acura TSX 4 cylinder without the technology package at Acura of Boston. I began my buying process over the Internet. Within minutes of filling out the form, the Internet sales person, Saran Deb, called me on my mobile (as I requested) and began to negotiate price. Since I had already driven the car at another dealership, all I needed to do was get the best deal I could. Saran worked with the sales manager to come up with a very reasonable price, which according to other web sites, appears to be on par with what others are paying currently. Their price beat the next closest dealer by $300. I got the typical run-around on my trade-in, but the negotiation with the sales manager was friendly and professional. The business manager who finalized the financing was also quite friendly and professional. Naturally, they managed to match my credit union financing with an offer from Bank of America. His approach on the add-ons (insurance, scotch guard, etc.) was fairly low-key - only one hard push on the "gap insurance". When I picked up the car, Saran brought me through a detailed delivery that included setting up my preferences, linking my Blackberry via bluetooth, getting the XM radio subscription fixed (this required a lot of extra effort on his part, I might add), and generally giving me all the details I needed to drive it off the lot. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Saran and the team at Acura of Boston. More
My experience at Acura of Boston was very positive. I previously bought at TL and RDX from Herb Connolly in Framingham. However, when I went to by a specific MDX at the end of the model year, they basic previously bought at TL and RDX from Herb Connolly in Framingham. However, when I went to by a specific MDX at the end of the model year, they basically said we don't have it and nobody else has it and they didn't try to find one. I did a little research and I found what I was looking for at Acura of Boston. They gave me a very competitive price. Friends have also recommended Acura of Boston. Like I told Perry, my experience thus far has pulled me away from Herb Connolly in Framingham. More

The manager Peter Cronin was also helpfull and very upfront about everything i asked . I have to say , It was Paul and his way of helping me with my car that made me purchase the car from Acura of Boston , i like that the fact that he put no pressure at all and was just very proffesional and patient , he also returned my calls on time and made sure i get my car on a timley manner . Went in to test drive a TSX. Dimitru was very helpful and informative. During the negotiations he brought Chip in and we ended up with what I think is a very fair deal for a great car. Altho my my wonderful TL needed little more than routine maintenence over last 2 years, Acura of Boston has provides excellent professional care. They gave me good advice when I upgraded the tires. They have more than once not charged for something or reduced fees voluntarily, when they thought this was fair. Their price for a major service was $60-100 less than 5 other Acura dealers in the area. They wash and vacuum the car after each visit for free and also have loaner vehicles, shuttle service, and wifi waiting area with free snacks. In summary, Acura of Boston routinely treats me as a valued customer, instead of as a revenue opportunity. More
I bought 06 VW Passat in this dealership. Even though I live in Rhode Island. The car was clean and well maintained. The customer service was also so nice. I traveled to Acura of Boston because a coworker recommended the dealership to me. Even though I live in Rhode Island it was well worth the trip. I even thought I wanted an MDX but the sales manager helped me to decide that for my needs the RDX was better; I really felt taken care of. I've never had an SUV but the assistant Ralph spent more than enough time with me to go over every detail of my new vehicle; I was even calling my wife from the car in no time. Acura of Boston has really built a great sales team. They even took the time to show me around their service department and I look forward to going back for all my services. More
