They brought me the deal I was looking for. We were in immediate need of a car and spent two weeks looking at a number of similar brands at a number of different dealerships. Our frustration was building as we knew that the deals being offered were well above what is nationally reported. But we were not about to be taken, We then decided to try Acura of Boston, were we purchased our initial Acura, even though it was quite a distance from were we presently live. I was amazed that without any negotiation, their first offer that they brought to the table was the offer I was looking for. It was well below the offers we received at other Acura dealerships for the same model with the same option package. Everyone that we worked with was pleasant and accommodating to our schedule and needs. This is the second Acura I have purchased from Acura of Boston. Next time it will be the first place I go to when looking for a new car. More
very happy with service After many weeks searching for a certified MDX. I found one on the website. When i went to the dealership and was greeted by Jeff Ford. Initially i was frustrated but Jeff took the time to show me about 5 similar MDX's. I drove 2 and ended up purchasing one with less miles and more options than the one I originnally planned on buying. I was very happy with Jeff and my experience at Acura of Boston. More

I am in the process of buying a new car. Of all the dealerships I visit, I found the sales help here to be the most helpful. I worked with Ed Martens. He answered my questions patiently and educated me on issues which I had not previously considered. Most importantly, he was NOT pushy. And I hate pushy sales people! I definitely would recommend this dealership and specifically, this sales person. More

scammers!!! Horrible experiance. They sold me non usable insurance for worn tires and insurance did not cover worn tires.when i had a nail in my ture they did not Horrible experiance. They sold me non usable insurance for worn tires and insurance did not cover worn tires.when i had a nail in my ture they did not tell me about it at the inspection and refused to fix it or replace it. Then told me they changed my oil but indicator started to flush saying that i have no oil in my car.when i told them about it they refused to fix it and end up the conversation. Stay away from them, irs scammers!!!!! More
