worst possible experience that a dealership can offer Worst experience i ever had with a dealership. Went in to look at and buy a certified pre-owned 2016 ACURA RDX. Unfortunately, it got sold while i was Worst experience i ever had with a dealership. Went in to look at and buy a certified pre-owned 2016 ACURA RDX. Unfortunately, it got sold while i was taking to the sales person. While i was leaving, the general sales manager (Curtis) comes with a sheet that had the breakdown which included the car selling price(which was 1000$ more than true car dealer) my trade(which is couple of thousand dollars than kbb), taxes and fees(another 1700$(this is taking out the trade tax amount)) and everything in there coming upto 37000. He kept giving me numbers starting from 37000 to finally 32500.I was really was looking to change the car. I had to think about this so i left the dealership and after a couple of days when send an email to confirm that 32500 is the final amount, suddenly the sale manager takes a complete U Turn. He takes 3 days to get back to me and say taxes and fees are not included. And on top of it, since i have been trading in my car, the taxes for the trade amount should be taken off, but he says no. I have to now pay taxes for the whole 32500. So he now comes up with a figure 34500 and that too only if i am financing with ACURA(because acura will give 1000$ as down pay if financed through acura and 750 rebate for trading in a mercedes). Completely bizzare!! Why trick me into something that you cannot offer and waste my time. Never will i recommend anybody to this dealership. They will just trick you into a deal and if you don't ask and read through your offer and everything, there is a high chance that you will be paying more than what you think you are. Never will i go back. No good at all!! More

Inspite of me providing them all the documents before hand and stating very clearly that I have finance The dealership messed up my title information. Inspite of me providing them all the documents before hand and stating very clearly that I have financed from DCU, they did not state DCU as the primary lienholder during title registration. I was handled by 2 different managers who never talked to each other before submitting my case to one another. I finally got a cal from a third manager who said that I would have to visit them again with my title documents so they can rectify their screw up. The funny thing is that he came to know that Acura has messed up when he was closing the books for the month. So, he was also not informed by any of the previous managers of the situation. More
Outstanding Experience We purchased a new RDX at the end of the Quarter. The dealership was quite busy, but we had the good fortune to be introduced to Randall Mathews as o We purchased a new RDX at the end of the Quarter. The dealership was quite busy, but we had the good fortune to be introduced to Randall Mathews as our sales person. He is clearly well informed and among the most personable sales professionals we have worked with in the auto industry. His knowledge of Acura of Boston's complete inventory and of the RDX in particular was impressive. After a thorough test drive, Randall showed great patience, had useful advice, and a wonderfully non-aggressive demeanor as we sorted out colors and option packages. Once we had agreed on a price, we discovered that we did not have enough time to complete the process. Randall volunteered to come in the following morning (which we later learned was his scheduled day off) to wrap things up. When we arrived at 8:30 he had the car all ready, including the added options. He did a great job setting up and familiarizing me with all of the electronics. I think I know more about the functionality of this new RDX after his tutorial, than I knew about the Acura TL that I had just traded in after several years of very satisfied ownership. He is a great ambassador for Acura and any dealership or Customer would benefit by his professional customer service. As we were driving off the lot in our beautiful new RDX, I noticed in the rear view mirror, Randall running to catch us. I had left my FastLane transponder in the turned in vehicle... Randall's sales manager, Curtis Hamilton, was also terrific to work with. More

Kind and knowledgeable professionals like Randall are the reason we keep choosing to return to your dealership. We also enjoyed meeting and talking with Bob in the service department. He gave us the complete print out of all work done on our gently used 2016 MDX. I look forward to seeing him for the first oil change. More

Car purchase and follow up service maintance Went to purchase an Acura RDX. Sales and finance personnel were horrendous. Sign all documents and put cash down for vehicle and thing went well.. The next day I went to swap my trade in and take the keys to new car, The finance refuse to give me my vehicle stating I would need to put more cash down in order to take vehicle home. I refuse to put any more cash down since and then the finance manger Jose come telling me that I'm better off taking my business else where.. After 6 long hour there arguing about the sudden change finally got the car home after my husband had to leave work and speak to them.. When service time came made an appointment of 1 week in advance for 9am. Took car in a 9am for oil change and mirror adjustment, vehicle was not release until 130 pm.. Services excuse was that a associate call out sick and many other clients came in all at once. An oil Change and mirror adjustment does not take 4 hours and 30 min to do. -------- Was ask to bring vehicle back to fix the mirror as a courtesy for the misfortunate service experience. Agree to bring vehicle if the rental came with the same space complicity to use since the children had a soccer game over the weekend. Service manager Eddie agree stating a Suv rental would be reserved. Went to pick up rental and there was no suv. The sales and service department is inconvenient and full of excuse. Worst customer service. More

Randall Matthews, the sales associate who helped us, was very easy to work with, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. This was our third sale or lease from Acura of Boston and we highly recommend both the dealership and Randall. The whole team there is very helpful, approachable and warm. A great atmosphere and they really do try and make you feel comfortable--although they are obviously there to make sales, they do not pressure you and they work with you. We are loving our new car!
