I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of the any deal. He didn't kept me waiting for long, came back with price response quickly. I was able to get a good deal. I felt very comfortable for the first time being at the negotiating stage of any deal. After the deal was done, he followed through and being very responsive with my questions while I was waiting for approval. He also offered personally deliver the car to me. I would highly recommend him to any dealerships, not only he is a good sales person and also apply personal touch to customers. Thanks Randell! More

BUYERS BEWARE ! DO NOT GO HERE! These guys are very unprofessional and run a shady business. The car I purchased needed a certain part and the finance manager promi ! DO NOT GO HERE! These guys are very unprofessional and run a shady business. The car I purchased needed a certain part and the finance manager promised me the extended warranty I purchase would cover it when the time came. He said he just attended this extensive class on this new warranty and how great it was. Went to go fix it and it's not covered. They won't own up to this and told me I was xxxx out of luck. Will NEVER go back there. If you like being lied to by all means this is the place for you. More

Horrible Experience Car has defect and know one wants to acknowledge it. I been there about 7 times with a new 2016 TLX. Once the car is sold they can care less. Before you buy a Acura 2016, look at the rear view mirrors. It causes a reflection of your AC Vents. Its hard to drive when your car isn't safe. Do research online as well with "TLX AC mirror reflection". This isn't a safe car. More
my new TLX I had the last year Acura Legend made in 1999 for seven years and have been a fan of Acura of Boston ever since. Many models later for various years of ownership time lengths i now lease a a 2016 TLX. I looked at other car makes and models and came back to an Acura. Perry Wong is back as the manager which made the experience easy and less nervous for me. Knowing Peter Mark will be in charge of my service for the next three years is comforting as well. This was the first time i worked with Dumitru Moisei and he showed me the pros and cons of ownership versus leasing. We went with leasing my new TLX. The pick up process and the consideration in my slowness to learn all the "NEW" features of the car was not discouraged by Dumitru. He has knowledge and kindness for a person new to the workings of a car. I am still getting used to the fact the key does not have to be inserted into the car from my last TL !! Dumitru kept in phone and email contact the first few days of my new car. I am a loyal Acura of Boston client and most likely always will be. But i still like my bicycle!! More
