I’m a 17 year Acura of Boston customer. I just purchased my 4th vehicle last week... 2020 RDX A-Spec and I love it! We were pleasantly greeted before we walked into the showroom by Justin. Was there for the Inspection Sticker and also to install the new maps for the navigation system. Also upon inspection, needed to replace worn brake pads. Recent service was disappointing Normally Acura of Boston would get a great review from me. However, my recent service left me disappointed. They were overbooked and so had to keep my Normally Acura of Boston would get a great review from me. However, my recent service left me disappointed. They were overbooked and so had to keep my car for an extra day - they should not have booked that many appointments. Also, in order to get my car back on the 2-nd day they had to reduce my service requests. Also, they normally vacuum the inside of the car when returning it but it does not seem like they did that this time. I hope they get their act together for next time. I understand that because of Covid certain things would not be the same but they should have told me that up front. More
