Everything went smoothly till the "financing" piece. Then, I was hit with a $499 "document" fee that no one had told me was included in the price. No chance to negotiate that down, I was informed. I enjoyed working with Eric - he's a very nice fellow - but I was not pleased with these other tactics. More
