Horrible experience buying a certified RDX. Took one week to get possession of the vehicle after multiple trips to the DMV with the wrong paperwork brought by the salesman. After one day of driving the vehicle it was making a knocking noise and it took them 8 days to fix the issue after they had sold it to me showing it had gone through a certified inspection process which everything passed on paper. The general manager has failed repeatedly on doing the right thing . He has failed to respond to any of my emails or return any of my calls after he ensured me everything would be taken care of weeks ago when I meet with him in his office. More
