Dropped the car off at 8AM for an oil change. Hadn’t heard anything from the dealership by 12:30PM so I contacted the dealership to find out whats going on. Couldn’t get my service representative on the phone and was transferred to voicemail. Called back immediately again to get an update still wasn’t available and receptionist informed me she would notify service representative. Got a call back an hour later telling me the car was ready. Left work and got a ride to pickup the car. When I arrived, I went to pay and there wasn’t an invoice yet only to find out the car wasn’t ready. Waited another 45 minutes for the car to be ready that I could have stayed at work and got work done. Disappointed with the communication of this experience and the duration for routine maintenance. I will probably purchase my next car from a different dealership based on this experience and other underwhelming experiences with the service department. Not what you expect from a supposed luxury car dealership. More

Last summer, when I needed four new tires, they were very patient helping me find the best, most affordable tire for my car and then went above and beyond to expedite delivery in time for my vacation. (Supply issues were still a problem in 2022!) My most recent visit was just for an oil change, but the experience was quick and easy and pleasant. More
