I have written this review to convey my great satisfaction with the outstanding level of service I have consistently received from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) Service Department. I have been a clie satisfaction with the outstanding level of service I have consistently received from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) Service Department. I have been a client for more than ten years. I highlight, in this review, the efforts of Service Advisor Gina Battastini as well as Service Associate Matthew. Matthew was very helpful and personable arranging my appointment for my replacement request for the battery terminal clips for my MDX. His approach during our conversation continues to validate my belief that the Acura Of Berlin Service Department is committed to educating the client as well as providing repair services. Service Advisor Gina Battastini, upon my arrival, handled all the arrangements. She also took time to point out future items that I might want to be aware of and monitor in the case they need to be addressed in the future. I appreciated her time and willingness to answer all of my questions. This was my first time working with her as her helpful and professional approach, during our interactions, enable me to feel informed about servicing needs of my vehicle at present and what could be monitored and considered for the future. I appreciate the efforts of Gina and Matthew to keep me informed and address any questions I had. It is always an honor to work the Service Department team but I also continue to notice, while waiting in the service area, that the entire AOB staff has a positive energy about them that is often considered a residual operating benefit derived from an effective level of senior management team leadership. More
