My experiences with Acura of Berlin have been more of a hit or miss. I live a few miles away from this dealership and it would be the ideal home for sales and service for me. My recent experiences have bee hit or miss. I live a few miles away from this dealership and it would be the ideal home for sales and service for me. My recent experiences have been anything but ideal. It took me 3 visits to the dealership to get a test drive. The lady at the reception on my second visit told me that rather than stopping by for a test drive it would be better if I leave a phone number so they can call me and set up a time! Because the sales people come in and then they have to be in a meeting and such, telling me how busy they are with their things. Later, on the day that I had decided to buy the car, if the price on my trade in was right, I revisited the dealership. The sales person Larrissa, could not proceed with the appraisal process of my car before they had made the entire sales presentation despite my pleading that all I wanted first was the price they would give me for my trade in. That would be a deal maker or breaker. I just wish they would pay more attention to customer needs. I ended up with buying the new Acura RDX at Schaller Acura and I am very happy. My experiences with service department at the Acura of Berlin have been more normal. As a former owner of an Acura MDX and an Acura RL, the service staff has treated me well. More

Very positive experience overall. Mr. Gerry Campagna was genuine, honest and straightforward with me. We negotiated a price that was far better than several other dealers for the same vehicle with the same genuine, honest and straightforward with me. We negotiated a price that was far better than several other dealers for the same vehicle with the same options. There was never any pressure to make a decision quickly. A few minor concerns I has with the car were attended to prior to closing the deal. The car could have been detailed more thoroughly when delivered, but I did leave with 3/4 of a tank of gasoline. This was my first experience with this dealer and I found them to be well organized and consumer friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation. More

I had been researching cars (new and pre-owned) for a long time and decided it was time to make a move. I more recently read many reviews for Acura of Berlin and in particular, an assistant sales manager named Gerald Campana (he goes by the name Jerry). I truly thought that no one's personal performance could top that of my last experience. I was dead wrong. I walked into the dealership and ran right in to Jerry (fate) and the rest is history. We quickly partnered together very well to get the right car for me at the price I was looking for. This man is simply amazing (and therefore very busy too!). I also had the pleasure of dealing with the GM, Mike, who was equally kind, professional, and accommodating. So if you've considered going to Acura of Berlin but are hesitating for any reason, hesitate no more. It's a great place to do business. More

My husband and I visited the Acura of Berlin and Marek Tarlowski helped us by letting us take a used vehicle out for a test drive. We ended up buying a brand new one instead of a used one. Marek took his time with us showing us everything we needed to know about this vehicle. He even called a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied and didnt have any problems.He showed us around the entire shop so we know where everything is when we have to come in for service.
