Best buying car experience Gerald Campano was amazing. He was so friendly and easy to work with. He made this car buying experience enjoyable. The finance guy was also great. They did everything mostly behind the scenes and didn't require us to sit there waiting for hours. They were understanding that we were there with 3 kids and just needed to get the deal done. They got us a great trade value, good interest rate and decent deal on our 2015 TLX. We would definitely buy another car from them. More

From a Bad experience to a Great Experience My lease was coming up and I went to Acura of Avon. The Financial person assisting the salesman was "off" in the way he presented his information. I My lease was coming up and I went to Acura of Avon. The Financial person assisting the salesman was "off" in the way he presented his information. I was turned off and left. I then decided to go to Acura of Berlin that very same night, Gerry was extremely helpful and Steve made the numbers work. They both worked together as a team and I found that to be very helpful and I went forward with a new lease. Gerry had everything ready and was courteous and helpful in explaining all the new features. Very Pleasant experience! More

Great experience Frank was amazing!!!!! He actually stopped to help me look for the TSX I was looking for, even though he was on his way out the door with coat in hand Frank was amazing!!!!!
