I generally don't write reviews, but I hope to at least save someone the trouble of doing business here. If there's anything to take away from this review it's to STAY AWAY FROM ACURA OF BERLIN. Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2016 ILX at Acura of Berlin. I'll spare you all the details about the poor customer service, the lying about how much longer I would be there, and the parade of different managers that "apologized". The real issue comes to this: their finance manager was on vacation, and they had someone else filling in for him in while he was gone. No one their could find where they kept the license plates, they incorrectly filed my finance application, and they issued me plates that they did not have at the dealership. All and all, I left Acura of Berlin with a dealer plate on my car and a temporary registration. It has now been two weeks since my initial experience with Acura of Berlin. When I left the dealer the first time, they told me that someone would be out to me in 3 days with the registration and plates that I had already paid for. They claimed that they couldn't re register my car with the correct plates online, and that they would have to talk to the DMV to sort out the situation. I can honestly say I wouldn't be writing this if that were the case. I've had to explain my situation to the finance manager, and general manager multiple times since then. Both whom pretend to care, but evidently don't care enough to return my calls or update me on the status of my registration and plates. My temporary registration expires in another few days so I will now be taking my third trip to Acura of Berlin to get it renewed for another week. I can honestly say I've never met a group of more incompetent people in my life. It's impressive that they have managed to stay in business this long if this is how they treat their customers. Big Waste of Time Called and ask the finance manager if the car was traded in he said "yes". A few minutes into the conversation I pulled up the Autocheck and found out that i was purchased from the auction. I was lied to. Very dissapointed that they just cannot be honest and tell the truth. When a dealer lies to me it makes me wonder why (Greed, desperate?). I would not recomend this dealer. More

Always the best car shopping experience anywhere around! I was assisting my Aunt with her next car purchase, going with her to compare many makes and models over a period of 3 months. As soon as she decided that Acura was the next car she wanted, I knew that I would suggest buying it from Acura of Berlin. Even though there were many other Acura dealers closer to her, she took my advice and we both weren't disappointed one bit! I have recommended many friends to Acura of Berlin, and they all had phenomenal experiences there. Jerry, Andre, Phil, & Geno were all great, and made this a really easy and stress free process. Not only did they get us a car that was not in stock, but they didn't utter any frustration in doing so, rather being very happy and willing to get the exact vehicle we wanted. I can't say the same for any other dealer, regardless of brand. I am once again proud that I sent a family member there, and I am excited in the future to not only send more people there, but also buy my next car myself from Acura of Berlin More
