I have dearly missed driving Acura for the last five years. Even though I was a frequent customer of Berlin Acura back in the days, I have decided to visit few dealerships in the area. And thanks to my friend who is also a loyal Acura customer insisted that Acura of Berlin provides the best service. After visiting the dealership and talking to personnel I got the feeling that he is absolutely right. Sales person Raj made the process entirely easy and exciting. He is very easy to deal with and have a wonderful personality. He explained everything from the beginning to the end clearly. General sales manager Ludney was there in every step to make sure that the process is going smoothly. Geno, the business manager made it entirely easy even though my credit application has a 5 year gap for job history. He went over the board to make it work. Thanks a lot Raj, Ludney and Geno and the rest of the team to make this place customer friendly. Great job Acura Berlin team! More

wonderful car buying experience we purchased a new 2016 mdx from Gerald Campana, from the moment we walked into the dealership my wife and I felt very comfortable. there was no press we purchased a new 2016 mdx from Gerald Campana, from the moment we walked into the dealership my wife and I felt very comfortable. there was no pressure like were used to with most car dealers. he spent the time to explain all the features and options on the car and spent time answering all of our questions. when we decided to purchase the car jerry stayed late to finish the paperwork with us and didnt make us feel rushed. when we picked up the car today we had to bring our 3 young children with us and everyone in the dealership was very helpful in keeping them occupied while we signed all the paperwork and went through the new car. Geno the f/i manager explained all the paper work and lease information to us clearly. when we walked out of his office it was the first time we didnt feel taken advantage of after dealing with a finance manager. Andre the sales manager was very helpful in helping us navigate the entire process and even helped my wife sync her bluetooth. overall the entire process was flawless and we love our new mdx!!!! we cant wait to see the new dealership More

I had a wonderful experience with Acura of Berlin and with Tiffanie Haynes, in particular. Tiffanie made me feel comfortable, relaxed and was exceptionally professional. This is a rare combination to find in an automobile salesperson. Tiffanie also worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted and kept it within my budget. Everyone else at the dealership was also very helpful, and professional. Everything that was needed was done quickly, correctly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Acura of Berlin and I was so impressed with Tiffanie that I am recommending her to the members of my family that are in the market for an Acura. More

Stressful, Unprofessional, Rude, and Waste of time! Acura of Berlin was a time consuming, misleading disappointment. Initially, I called up the store and asked for the price on a specific vehicle, pendi Acura of Berlin was a time consuming, misleading disappointment. Initially, I called up the store and asked for the price on a specific vehicle, pending a $5000 dollar deposit on my part. He put me on hold and came back on the phone a few minutes later with a price of $319 a month. I agreed to buy the car, and put down the deposit. Next thing you know, I get a call saying that I CAN’T have the car and did not qualify because, although I own a business and provided proof of a pretty steady, pretty substantial stream of revenue, I did not have pay stubs and therefore did not qualify. I asked if there was anything I could use in lieu of paystubs, or if there were any way around it and I was told that if I could not provide pay stubs then I did not qualify and could not have the car. Mind you, I was already told I could have the car, already filled out paper work, and already put down a $5000 deposit. Frustrated I called up my initial sales rep and asked if he could do something about the situation. Eventually I got a call that I COULD have the car and they were mistaken. So after jumping through all of those hoops, I went to go sign the final papers and now the car was $400, plus another $20 for the warranty! So it went from $319 a month to $400 a month, $100 more than they told me. Then when I get the car and I’m ready to leave, he walks me to the door and says ‘I can’t show you how to use that car, or how to use anything IN that car, we sell Acuras not Inifinitis, so Good LUCK!’. I left feeling frustrated, appalled at the service I received, drained from the emotional tug of war of being told I could have the car and then I could not have the car and then I could have the car again, and disgusted with the parting words from the sales rep. I own my own business and was always taught through many years working in customer service and training employees under me as well, that you always help the customer with whatever they need and if you don’t know something, you tell them you will find somebody who does. He practically scoffed at my choice in car, and said ‘I can’t help you with your car so good luck’. Acura of Berlin was the most disappointing and stressful car buying experience, and I don’t recommend using them for anything other than masochistic intent. They haven’t even given me my plates yet! I’m still driving around with DEALER PLATES! The employees should be ashamed of themselves for misleading customers on price, and on the quality of their customer service. I’ve received better service at Mcdonald’s after midnight in a bad neighborhood. More
