From my first call to inquire about p There are some times when I wish there were more than 5 stars to reflect my experience and this is one of them. From my first call to inquire about purchasing a New RLX I was impressed. Ludney Derosiers was professional, he did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. He gave me fair pricing and kept his word throughout the process with no surprises. Ludney had a very nice way about him : low key, customer service focused and professional. After talking with him I really had no desire to get information from other dealers I felt comfortable. Then He partnered with Larissa Hartline for the test drive and technical overview of the car. Larissa was enthusiastic , knowledgeable , continued to go over and above, and was extremely customer service focused. We had test driven a number of other cars at other dealerships and there was no one that could compare to her in terms of personable service and expertise. After my experience I was very comfortable purchasing the car which by the way is also awesome and very well designed having all features I was looking for. We worked with Geno to do the paper work and he was extremely organized and also very personable so even the paperwork went smoothly. The General Manager , Tony Braglia was also very helpful and offered his help in the future ...I had a quick stop in the Service Center and the Service Center seemed spotless, the Service technicians gave me quick and efficient service. So I will have my car serviced here in the future because I feel that this dealership is a cut above other dealerships that I have experienced because they seem to be motivated by exceeding their customers expectations. I see this type of service once in a while ( At The Four Seasons for example) but I was not expecting such a positive experience as I had purchasing my car. I would not hesitate to purchase here again and I am looking forward to a long term relationship with this dealership. They are doing something very right here!!! More
Shifty Situation Our 2017 MDX was shifting a little weird, so we called into the service department and spoke to Shawn. He had my wife come in and they test drove the vehicle and it drove fine. I was not satisfied, so I requested to have it scanned and Shawn said bring it down. We had it scanned and found no error codes. During this whole process we were treated very professionally and was given an assurance that the incident was documented and to bring it back if the issue comes back. More
