I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership and each time I’ve felt that they’ve worked hard to find the right vehi serviced at Acura of Berlin. I walked in today to look at the 2021 RDX’s. Antonio, my salesperson, took note of what I was looking for and worked the numbers so that I was able to get the car that I wanted. Within 4 hoursof walking in, I was able to drive home with my new car! (I traded in my 2019 RDX) Extremely happy with my new RDX! Also, I shout out to Keith and his crew in the service department. Every time I bring my car in for service, they always make me feel valued and respected! NO attention to customer needs I spoke to the used car sales manager on July 27, 2020 made him aware I wanted to trade my lease for a used car, however he never responded to my emai I spoke to the used car sales manager on July 27, 2020 made him aware I wanted to trade my lease for a used car, however he never responded to my emails or phone calls. On August 5th I got a hold of a Sales Associate who tried to help me but because it took Acura of Berlin to long to respond back to me, the car that I wanted got sold that same night. I have leased my last 3 SUV's from them...no consideration for customer loyalty. More

Do your research We had roof rails and cross-bars installed on our MDX and it was rather expensive. The installation and the parts used were flawless, however, when we We had roof rails and cross-bars installed on our MDX and it was rather expensive. The installation and the parts used were flawless, however, when we went to install our Thule box, the crossbars were so far back that the box was sitting on top of the antenna and the rear hatch was hitting the box. We asked if the crossbars were adjustable and were told they were. When I went to disconnect the crossbars, I found that they could not be moved. So, the only solution to this, is to buy a special box, which after looking into it, is going to push this whole project over $2K. More

Excellent Service As Always! I went to the service department for an Acura recall. As always, the waiting area was spotless and effectively set up per CDC guidelines about COVID. I was greeted in the service area promptly and with a smile. Once my service was complete Keith Davis came out to let me know what was done, and we chatted for a few minutes. Keith is one of my favorites. The service department have never disappointed me and this is my 3rd Acura at this dealership. They are the best!
