My experience with this dealership gets better with each lease. I have lost count of how many cars we have leased with them over the years. We recently moved to Hilton Head Island. After visiting the nearest dealership in Savannah, GA, we immediately investigated whether a car purchase back in CT was possible despite living over 900 miles away. We were assigned Erica Casey and never felt pressured to purchase anything we didn't want, such as window etching or other car care products. She understood those things turned me off. Despite the car supply chain delays, she proactively updated me on the status and surprised me when the car arrived early. Extremely comfortable with the transaction and all pre- and post-transaction communication. Erica and her manager, Larissa, will keep me returning for future personal and business leases. More
