Bad experinece Someone called me for a trade in and offered me $1000 for the loyalty program to put into my trade in. Everything was a lie. I went there and they told me everything was ready to go and I got my insurance on which I'm trying to get back since they had charged me already and also gave them my down payment. After 2 hours of waiting they tell me that I wasn't approved for the lease. Like xxx why are these people making up stories and lying, they came to me trying to get business now i will have this negative input on my credit report. Anyways bad experience, customer service sucks. DCH Acura are way better. More

Do not go here, terrible experience. This dealership lied to me. Did not answer my questions. Strung me along for days without giving me a date when I could pick up my car. I left messages and ultimately had to drive to the dealer itself and find my salesman who still had to check with his manager to help me. At which point I spoke to the manager myself. As a young girl I felt extremely uncomfortable when the manager raised his voice to me and the salesman degraded me for being a women. I would not recommend going to this dealership ever. Extremely unprofessional and made my car buying experience stressful. It was a nightmare. More
