Horrible service I recently visited Acura of bayshore and my experience started out okay however my ending result was horrific. After looking at several cars I was ask I recently visited Acura of bayshore and my experience started out okay however my ending result was horrific. After looking at several cars I was asked to put down a $ 200 deposit which was refundable if I decided not to buy a car from Acura. After some thought was given I decided to go with another dealership. I have been trying for over a month to get my $200 deposit back and I have been getting the run around. I have spoken to the manager Thomas several times and he has done nothing I have spoken to my sales rep Brittany and she has done nothing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

Incredibly Low Tire Prices, Quick Service Recently, I realized that it was time to replace the four tires on my 2015 RDX. I am a research guy and checked all the prices and tire review/ratings Recently, I realized that it was time to replace the four tires on my 2015 RDX. I am a research guy and checked all the prices and tire review/ratings on web sites like Tirerack, Discount Tire, Mavis, etc. When I decided on buying the highly rated Goodyear Comfort Tread Touring tires, I figured I would check on what it would cost to buy and have the tires mounted and high speed balanced at Acura of Bay Shore as I always have my cars serviced there as the state of the art repair shop and waiting room (free drinks, snacks, computer access) are very clean and the mechanics are excellent (Keith). I thought the tires might cost a little more than at the specialized tire stores being as it was a auto dealership with normally higher hourly labor costs and list prices. I could not have been more wrong. Their prices were significantly lower than the places mentioned above and I was able to make an appointment, drop the car off and pick it up an hour and a half later which is what I had requested. I was quite pleased with the whole experience, especially the great price. I dealt with Kenny and Larry who also pointed out that there was a national rebate of $80. for the tires I purchased. I would definitely check them out if you need new tires for any type of vehicle. By the way, the installed tire prices were all posted online under the parts drop down on their web site. More
