Very consistent For 17 years and 3 vehicles we have always had consistent, courteous and professional service through Acura by Executive, and there aren't that many d For 17 years and 3 vehicles we have always had consistent, courteous and professional service through Acura by Executive, and there aren't that many dealerships at this level . Unlike many, the service crew at Executive make very clear what is needed and what is recommended, not pressuring but clearly explaining the difference, and safety is always the first concern. I have read the negative reviews and can only say we have not had those experiences or I would certainly have said so long ago. I hope that the service experience will continue as it has and that many others can enjoy the same. More

Worst acura dealership This is absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with . I saw some similar negative reviews before. I should have taken them seriously . They listed a car for a price in edmunds and I went there and test drove the car and finally wanted to talk numbers they said the actual price is 2k higher and when I showed the price on Edmunds , the manager said he has no idea how the car was listed in Edmunds .he said “ edmunds stole their data and listed them on the website without their consent “ . Are you serious ? These are straight up cheaters . More than the price difference I was disappointed and disgusted at the integrity of this dealership . They would put a price online and lure you into the dealership and try to sell you the car at a much higher price . They wasted my whole day . The manger had absolutely no answer for any one of the questions o asked . 1) you said you are no longer doing business with Edmunds and not sure how this one car ended up there and it was an accident. I showed you 8 other cars you listed on edmunds . What do you have to say to that ? 2) if you are no longer connected wiht Edmunds, why did your employee respond to me VIA EDMUNDS 3) you said Edmunds listed you without your consent. If you have any dignity and integrity you should take a legal action on them because this is staight up illegal . Are you willing to do that ? Can you abide by what you said . Last but not least, they kept calling me RAO when they knew I was Indian when I repeatedly told them that not my name. More

Excellent I called in the morning and I had to do was to get my car towed and they would take care of service. Mike called be to tell me that my car had arrive I called in the morning and I had to do was to get my car towed and they would take care of service. Mike called be to tell me that my car had arrived and he would call me once the diagnostic was done. He did just that and my car was fixed the very same day. Thank you! More
