They were experiencing a problem with the computer network when I arrived, and clearly communicated with professionalism and apologized for any delay They were experiencing a problem with the computer network when I arrived, and clearly communicated with professionalism and apologized for any delays (not that I appreciated any delays). Other customers were a bit challenging about an unavoidable situation which they were doing their best to rectify, and they handled this with grace and professionalism as well.
