Notice said 15 minute process, service said an hour, actually an hour and a half. Haven’t been back since service voided my warranty because “I was sitting on the seat wrong”! More

The visit on the 29th was fine, just took longer than I expected. Why I haven’t been in for service since probably 2016 is because I was told I was sitting in the drivers seat wrong causing the plastic shroud around the seat bottom to break. Said you wouldn’t honor the warranty because of that. Nonsense!
