To keep it shorts, Michael Heath has been there only person at Acura to be able to deal with my car issues. Dealing with Manchester and Avon Acura since March and neither of them were able to fix or eve person at Acura to be able to deal with my car issues. Dealing with Manchester and Avon Acura since March and neither of them were able to fix or even address my issue. They took the easy way out and blamed me instead of diagnosing and trying harder. Michael Heath addressed and fixed my issue and was informative the entire time. More
