Made an appointment for a drivability concern and an oil change. Brought my vehicle oil change was done but when it came to my drivability concern I very thing w my down hill. My car was never driven to verify my concern even after waiting an hour and 30 minutes. I have an aftermarket intake and they kept saying that is my issue when my issue is a noise at highway speeds. Almost sounds as if my wheel wants to come off. Again they never drive my car to verify my concern and kept blaming my intake. Service writer was very nice through out the entire process but it means nothing if my problem wasn’t solved. Should have atleast driven the car. And this is a brand new TLX that I payed 50k for. Left very upset and aggravated. Will not return to this dealer More
