This Dealer and salesman was PERFECT, all the way up until I signed for the loan. Once I signed for the loan, they became horrible. They registered my car to an old address and then ignored me and gave until I signed for the loan. Once I signed for the loan, they became horrible. They registered my car to an old address and then ignored me and gave very slow replies as I made them aware of their mess up. Took them a month to fix it and they never communicated to me that they fixed it and never sent me an updated registration. Then I go 4 months later for my 1st certified service and they told me to wait and it would take 2 hours, after 1 hour in their waiting room, they checked me out. My car was not washed as promised and my tires were not rotated as part of the service required. Via email they apologized and wanted me to bring my car for a hand wash, but admitted that their tech had no notes on the tire rotation and said the tech has been with them for years and they would check with him, it's Been about 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I'm curious as to what else was skipped on my car during this service. Horrible Sales Department, Horrible Registration Department and Horrible Service Department. That's 3 strikes! More
