Wasn’t satisfied I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Mo I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Monday because They don’t have any loaners. I had to be to work in boca which is a hour drive. I came back Monday and was given an dirty ILX. More

Absolute worst Dealer Service Center I have ever encountered The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. They are inept and even with the diagnostic equipment that they have, they fail in diagnostics a The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. They are inept and even with the diagnostic equipment that they have, they fail in diagnostics and subject clients to exorbitant costs, undue Service Time and misdiagnosis. BEWARE!! The Service Manager is also INEPT!! More
