I would love to rate you higher but my first visit was a disaster. This is my second Acura and I love the car. We moved to Pembroke Pines in December. On Sunday I had a little trouble starting the car so le disaster. This is my second Acura and I love the car. We moved to Pembroke Pines in December. On Sunday I had a little trouble starting the car so left in the garage. Monday early afternoon I pulled into service and told the rep. That I would appreciate checking my battery to see how much power was in it. That’s all I wanted. He said they would also do a complete check of the car and wash it. I was in the lobby for 90 minutes so I walked over to the rep. Office and he came out and said he would find out was going’s on. He came into the lobby and said they had not even looked at it. Made a excuse about staff going to lunches. He came back in later and said they were putting a new battery in the car. I didn’t give him the ok to do that. He said it was going to be $219 dollars I said ok. When I got the bill he tells me it was also $40 for installation. He knew I was upset so he says why don’t we not do the courtesy wash. Wow. I’ve never had a problem at a Acura dealer before. Won’t come back. More
