Trustworthy and Hassle-free Dealership I found a used 2017 VW Passat online that met all the items on my checklist after spotting it via USAA's Car Buying service. Although I live in Virgi I found a used 2017 VW Passat online that met all the items on my checklist after spotting it via USAA's Car Buying service. Although I live in Virginia, the car looked amazing and the price was right, so I made an inquiry. I was immediately contacted by Ryan Reeves, their Internet Sales Manager. I explained I had financing lined up, no trade and was ready to fly down to test drive and purchase if we could reach a quick deal. Ryan was fully transparent with price/fees and sent me a quote. There was no pressure and no surprises, so I made the trip down the next day. Yes, I was really taking a risk, but I just trusted Ryan...sometimes you just "know" when people can be trusted. I instantly had that feeling when speaking with him- and he certainly was helpful and completely up front with me. I showed up the next day and he welcomed me in 20 minutes earlier than opening as I had arrived. Car was ready, he showed it and we went on a test drive. No rush, no pressure, no surprises. I was very impressed and comfortable. Even though I was out of state and would be driving the car home to VA that day, there were no concerns expressed. He had the detailers go over the car one more time, filled it up, and had it parked in the shade for me. I then went to close out the paperwork with Camilo at finance. He also was very personable, helpful and professional. He understood I had financing set, so although he did his job by highlighting optional financing and warranty programs, he did not "push" them as I was very clear I was set. I was very pleased with how he handled the process; properly offering items he felt would be helpful, but not going overboard. Perfect! So, I was in at 10:45 am for the first handshake, completed all transactions for an out of state sale, and after a final handshake with Ryan, I drove off at about 1:30 pm. It was the smoothest car buying experience I ever had- no wonder the dealership is at the top! Even though I am in Virginia, I'll be calling Ryan first when I need another vehicle! I’m not even sure what I paid for. I did my 60k mile service and honestly I should have just paid for an oil change and a tire rotation because I don’t know what kind of work was done. The service should have included oil change , rotating the tires, filling the fluids and changing the filters. 300 plus dollars later, I know it’s the same wiper I came in with, the shelf in my dashboard wasn’t put back properly everything fell out when I opened it and the car wasn’t even washed and vacuumed. If I wasn’t so far from the dealer I would have driven back. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. More

He made a referral to the sales Department since we interested in trading our Accura TSX for a new or low milage Acura. That is when the positive experience we had with Mack broke down at Pembroke Pines Acura. We waited for over 30 minutes for a sales professional in the waiting room. This is while we observed many sales people standing around talking to each other. I finally had to ask someone where was the sales representative that was supposed to help us, we were then told he was not available since he was making a delivery in the Keys. We were finally shown 2 low milage ILX’s that were gray and black which we made clear in the beginning these were not colors we were interested in. We were then promised that we would hear shortly about other options. Over a week now nothing hears! We decided to reach out to other Acura dealers and actually have had a much better experience! It is sad, your Service Dept is outstanding but your sales Department I believe needs training on customer service. More
