Always Excellent Service I started bringing my Acura to Pembroke Pines when I moved back To Hollywood from Fort Lauderdale. I was having to put air in my tire every week. I I started bringing my Acura to Pembroke Pines when I moved back To Hollywood from Fort Lauderdale. I was having to put air in my tire every week. I took it over to the dealership and saw my service advisor Marco Pinto. He took my car right in to check it out for me. I ended up having a nail and they patched it from the inside out. I was really happy when Marco ended up my Service Advisor, he has been so great. I have been there to see him a few times now and he is always so pleasant. Thank you Marco. Much Improved Our first experience with this service department was not as we expected for a high end brand. After all, Acura is Honda's top of the line. After owning several Lexus vehicles (Toyota's top of the line) the service department did not compare. This being our second experience with this dealership I must say we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted in a timely friendly manner. The service writer was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the work done and the car was delivered back to us in the time promised, cleaned and ready to go. I would now recommend this dealership and service department to anyone.
