Dissapointed I went for an oil change and day after I had oil all over my garage. They told me was something else and I had to pay more. Then I had to return becau I went for an oil change and day after I had oil all over my garage. They told me was something else and I had to pay more. Then I had to return because still showing message oil needs to be change. This time they told me that I had to change my battery first and see if it was battery issue or oil pressure. I changed my battery and still had to pay more to fix something else that was not mentioned before in my first visit. They offered me to pay for the parts and not the labor this time. But I still ending paying more than $1000 for something that was not mentioned in my first visit. Had a bad experience as well with loaner car that had 2 nails in 2 tires. They gave another loaner car and after drove home the tire was missing air. Definitely was too much coincidence that 2 loaner cars had the same issue and they were asking me to replace the tire. There is not construction in my way from Acura dealer to my house. Finally spoke to the manager and how I refused to replace the tire they told me that I will never get a loaner car again. More
