APP took care of business I was upset that my brand new 2019 TLX with only 5k miles had emission problems due to a faulty "Gas Capless System." The excellent customer service I was upset that my brand new 2019 TLX with only 5k miles had emission problems due to a faulty "Gas Capless System." The excellent customer service provided by Acura comforted me and reminded me that even brand new expensive Acura vehicles have problems. (Really?) - Although this may be my last Acura car due to this, and past experience with my last vehicle as well, Service Staff is not at fault of such car problems. I do appreciate their consolation by taking care of business and fixing the problem. Please always remind your mechanics to replenish fluids and re-air tires. More
