Not one moment did i felt i was getting hassled for more money nor did i felt i was being misled. Every detail in the price and add-on's i was getting was clear and documented. I left happy and i will guarantee that i will be doing future business with Acura of Pembroke Pines with all my car purchases and i will be directing all family and friends here as well. Awful customer service & client care Go in for an oil change for them to tell me that my battery is garbage, even though I did the battery with Acura not too long ago. Neville basically leaves me a 4 minute voicemail of everything that needs to be fixed with OUTRAGEOUS prices. On top of that, he talked about himself for 5 minutes before we even got to what i came there for. Apparently he’s repeated the same story over & over to all clients because 2 of my friends knew the same story he told me word for word. Forget the car & the money for a second because the customer service was the worst. I’ve been coming here for 4 years solely because I want to keep the integrity of my Acura but I’ve been a fool to have been coming here for so long. The second i pull up to service, the guy working there asks for my phone number to put into HIS cell phone. I don’t even get a hello. No one inside of Acura looks happy to be there & the girls sitting behind their desks are rude. When I was waiting for the loaner, I waited for FIFTEEN minutes until I had to call someone over to help me & it turns out they never got the memo that I was waiting. When I told Neville I had to go into work, he said ‘you didn’t tell me you were in a rush’. Did I have to tell you that to put some pep in your step? I was late to work & no one works with any type of urgency. I hate being the person to complain but I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time & I would never treat a client the way I was treated. Thanks for the car Acura, but I will NOT be coming back ever again. Best of luck to your lackluster staff. More
