Poor customer service and poor follow up with warranty dept This last visits at Acura Pines was very disappointing. The service advisor was not proactive. This is not my first Acura vehicle however it was my fi This last visits at Acura Pines was very disappointing. The service advisor was not proactive. This is not my first Acura vehicle however it was my first time accepting the Acura warranty for my vehicle. With this warranty I came with intentions on using it for a issuer that I am having with the vehicle, once arriving the advisor informed me that it’s no longer active. There was no phone call or email or letter even sent out informing me that my warranty was almost over, which would have allowed me to purchase another one. I feel like the parts and services portion of Acura Pines needs a lot of help in regards to customer service, customer appreciation and completing jobs thoroughly. The only positive thing I could say about Acura Pines is that Giovanni is a great asset there and is the only reason I would go back! More

Great experience I knew that my schedule service was going to take at least 2 hours so my service advisor Mack asked me if I had anywhere to go!
