At every other dealer, my keys were taken almost immediately and didn’t reappear until I was fed up (I'm 5 months pregnant and was forced to sit 6-7 hours in a dealership without having the opportunity to leave for food) Other car sales people lied, tried to squeeze every penny they could and worse of all, tried to sell me cars i didn’t want. Giovanni was the complete opposite, very polite, very straightforward, no games, accommodating and best of all gave me options I had never heard of.
