I then called my husband to come and pick up the groceries because I could not carry them to the car dealership where my car was being serviced. Immediately after I called my husband Gene called to say my car was ready. I told him that I had groceries and I had just called my husband. He suggest that I should check with my husband and if he had not yet left home, he Gene would send a car to pick me up. My husband had not yet left home, consequently in a matter of a feed minutes a nice polite young man arrived, assisted me by putting the groceries in the car and transported me to the dealership to pickup my car. Friendly Service was fast and friendly..but was upset that I called to set the appointment told the guy my car model and the service code on my car he looked i Service was fast and friendly..but was upset that I called to set the appointment told the guy my car model and the service code on my car he looked it up told me the price will be $245 made my appointment when I get there I'm told its $344 before taxes..that's a big difference in prices. I told the guy Nelson that's not the price that was given to me on the phone he said oh this is for the ilx model..I said I made sure I told the guy ilx ..but still paid a higher price. More
