AMAZING EXPERIENCE I've had my eye on the 2019 Acura RDX for quite some time. Being that it wasn't eligible for "pull-ahead" program, I patiently waited until after my l I've had my eye on the 2019 Acura RDX for quite some time. Being that it wasn't eligible for "pull-ahead" program, I patiently waited until after my last lease payment was made. Giancarlo reached out to me a few months prior and we stayed in touch while he kept me updated with any possible deals & promotions. Great Experience I had been leasing a vehicle with Acura of Pembroke Pines, and the lease was set to expire in August. I called Ryan Reeves just to find out what was I had been leasing a vehicle with Acura of Pembroke Pines, and the lease was set to expire in August. Competent Service Team I called Jean Louis to let him know I was having an issue with my car. When I arrived to the service department I was welcomed and Jean was ready for I called Jean Louis to let him know I was having an issue with my car. When I arrived to the service department I was welcomed and Jean was ready for me. Understanding I was on my lunch hour, Jean quickly and thoroughly documented my complaints, arranged for me to have a loaner (which was already waiting for me outside) all less than half an hour.
