Exceeded my expectations for a Service Deparment appointment I usually don't make time to write reviews but this time, I just had to. The convenience of being able to make an online appointment and although my I usually don't make time to write reviews but this time, I just had to. The convenience of being able to make an online appointment and although my advisor was off that day (suggestion: blocking out advisors on their days off), another very capable and friendly advisor, John Gault, took my appointment. We discussed my purpose for being there (B1 Service) and I requested a tire rotation as well. My car was ready within 45 minutes and I was off to work! Doesn't get much better than that my friends.
