I’m on my 7th Acura so these folks are like visiting family every time I’m there. I feel very appreciated and well taken care of. I went to see a vehicle that I saw on the website. I took my car for trade , but then they took it to service and said the car showed an electrical problem that would cost 2000 dollars because it was a BMW p my car for trade , but then they took it to service and said the car showed an electrical problem that would cost 2000 dollars because it was a BMW part and all they could give me was 1000.00. I took my car to carmax the week before and had it appraised for 3000.00 . As soon I left the dealership they put my car for sale. A week later I went to the dealership for service and I see my former car, as I was talking to a service advisor, they told me that BMW are sent to BMW for repair. Never since my purchase my former car was moved out of the lot, this made me feel I was lied about an electrical problem, they just didn’t want to give me the 3000 carmax was giving me and scared me about the car More
