RLX purchase Everything during our afternoon purchase at the dealership was fine. As for follow up, I appreciated hearing from Joseph about my plate and the issue I faced. He was very helpful in getting that resolved. The car did have a two items on the punch list and while I initially made arrangements via text with my salesman to go over "what we owe you," once he asked me for a copy, I let it go. He should have a copy and be reaching out to me to correct any issues and it was the opposite. Then I called their parts department only to learn the 20% off parts coupon offered post-sale is basically riddled with contingencies and is worthless. So I ordered the parts I was seeking directly from Acura. Guys at the dealership said a spare tire kit doesn't fit, it does. And, I resolved my traffic software issues directly with Acura link as well. Nothing monumental, but not great when it comes to follow up. More

It is evident that this car came with problems from the factory, after being taking for repair, the problem appears to be fixed. However, the car was completely stopped and locked in place. Being a TLX 2020 supposedly a luxury car I don't feel safe with this car. The Acura dealership of Pembroke Pines, a luxury car dealer,did not provide me with a substitute car while they work on my 2020 TLX. It was very disappointing. I do not and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership explained that my insurance company does not work with their policy, but this is not a customer problem, rather the dealer's problem. I am very saddened with this dealership. However, I must thank the cordial treatment I received from Alex Castillo from the service department, who was always very kind and dedicated to solving the technical problem presented by the car. My problem and concern is with dealership itself and the safety of the car, not the workers More

Good Dealership but needs improvements So I initially did not have a good experience with this dealership. Rey the initial person of contact was rude and did not listen to my needs. I spoke with the general manager , he addressed the situation with the other salesman and handled my case to helped me to obtain a vehicle. The process, however, was bumpy towards the end as there were discrepancies between what was promised and what actually happened. I'm currently waiting for my vehicle to arrive as I live across the state from the dealership. Internal communication between the staff needs much improvement, as when I called for status updates, no one knew what was going on , and I felt very rushed to get off the phone when I did call. I was repeatedly transferred from person to person and no one relayed my messages as I had to repeat myself several times with each call. Unfortunately the sales manager had a family emergency and had to leave, but no one knew what was going on in my case and caused a lot of confusion. My car was supposed to be delivered on Saturday (as promised) but its now Tuesday and I'm still waiting. I understand the logistics of needing to receive paperwork, prior to delivery, but I was disappointed that what was promised did not fully happen. I'm overall satisfied with the dealership but again internal communication needs improvement. If I was only working with Sam things would have been better I'm Sure. More
