My service was outstanding! My Service Advisor, Alex, did the most important thing. He listened. The problem with my vehicle was difficult to explain. Evidently the word "squirrelly" is not a technical term. Alex was extremely patient and listened carefully and asked questions so he could explain to the technician the concern I had expressed. Knowing that diagnosing the problem would be difficult when the car was hot after my 20 mile drive to the dealership, Alex had a loaner vehicle ready for me. The tech test drove the vehicle that afternoon and again the following morning, at which time Alex contacted me. My Acura repair was completed that day and when I got my car back it was sparkling clean! Many thanks to a great service team at Acura of Pembroke Pines! More
