I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. After a sale is finalized, it often feels like everyone disappears. During the negotiation, everyone is friendly and responsive, but once the deal is done, I’m left trying to figure things out on my own. W disappears. When I reached out to the finance guy for clarity, he was rude and told me what 'I was supposed to do,' even though no one had communicated that to me. This lack of communication can be really frustrating. I wonder if there’s a way to establish a clearer post-sale process to keep everyone engaged and informed. More
