Could have been better Told it would take 45-60 minutes. I checked with someone after an hour and a half. They said it is ready they should have been with you already. Just wish they would have gotten back with me earlier. Being a first timer, it was nice seeing car being worked on and washed. Don't know the turn around after the wash. But we sat for almost an hour after the wash. More

Oil change Was there for an oil change and as a general practice the car would be vaccumed and washed after the service. I also made sure to ask if the car woukd be vaccumed. To my surprise I saw that the car was not vaccumed even though it was washed. I am really disappointed with the service technician as it is his duty to check if everything which was promised was taken care before giving the vehicle back to customer. More
