Over charge for literally everything Yet again the service advisor printed my invoice showing I had to pay for oil change when I have the maintenance package and had to correct it. My VTC actuator has issues and I have it on video yet they still want me to pay a diagnosis fee. I asked the advisor to ask their manager to please contact Acura to see if they would provide goodwill assistance and I was told to contact Acura even though it was a weekend and Monday was Labor Day so they wouldn't be open til Tuesday. The best decision I made buying the car was getting the extended warranty as I can have it fixed at a different place for 1/6 the cost that the dealership is trying to charge me. I love Acura cars (this is my 3rd) and once I have to get another car it will then likely be another Acura but the odds of me purchasing it at Acura columbus decrease every time I come in for service. The only way I would buy here again is if the price is better than other places. And even if I do purchase there again there is a 0% chance I would buy the maintenance package. Also the last 2 times I came in they wanted to charge me $100 for brake fluid flush and there last 2 times it was listed twice and cost of $200. I had it done elsewhere and this time they still had it listed. I asked if they even checked the brake fluid and the exact quote was, " yes, but that doesn't mean anything" (Todd Skidmore)and he just went on to the next topic. I'm still baffled as to what that means. I would love to get an explanation on the brake fluid but for some reason I have a feeling that isn't going to happen. The only reason I come here for oil changes is that I feel I was duped into buying the maintenance package as it was presented that it would cover more than oil changes and tire rotations. It's nice that they give me a full analysis so I can go elsewhere and get the other work done. Also this visit I left and I noticed all of my tires were over inflated (40psi when the recommended is 33psi) More
