Acura Columbus Stands Behind What They Sell I had purchased an used Ford Explorer from Acura Columbus and just a little more than a month later the battery died. After contacting them, Acura Col I had purchased an used Ford Explorer from Acura Columbus and just a little more than a month later the battery died. After contacting them, Acura Columbus immediately took care of it, offering to either come to my home to replace the battery or I could bring it in if I chose. I did bring the vehicle to them and they had it in and out of the shop within 20 minutes and no charge to me. I honestly was not expecting this, especially because it was not an Acura. I had dealt with other dealerships in the past where I had bought used cars and their service departments treated me as if I was a hassle. That is not the case with Acura Columbus. I highly recommend them and know where I'll be purchasing my next vehicle. More

Service check I had 2 issues with my car that needed to be addressed. I loved that Eric rode with me to experience my concerns for himself. Clayton and Eric explained the service plan very well and I knew exactly what to expect. We chose to investigate only one issue at this time. Rental car was available. Clayton called my husband to explain findings and that the issue was fixed. It was covered under a service bulliten which was great! Picked my car up same day. Car was clean! Ran great.
