There have been few mistakes done at the time of service which I have pointed out in my earlier review. Seeing the positive communication from the owner , John and his senior staff calling me to understan which I have pointed out in my earlier review. Not a certified Acura tech, but a mechanic. I maintain my cars meticulously. I do pretty much everything myself. Oil changes, spark plugs, brakes, etc. I get REALLY nervous about someone else touching my car. But this was a major service - timing belt, water pump, belts, 9-speed transmission service. These guys did a great job. No leaks. No untightend bolts. No under-filled fluids. And no attempt to charge me for something I didn’t need. If you need Acura service, look no further. The best. More
