Thanks for the note — and I am glad Clay was able to earn 5 stars for you. Believe me, we are doing all we can to get a hold of this key fob for you. It is back ordered and even though I’d love to fix all the parts shortages in the United States, I am still working on it. If I could get the ear of the ruler of the key fob parts supply chain, I’d do it to get you squared away. I just googled “key fob backordered” and literally the first three articles were on Hyundai, Toyota and then BMW customers having delays in getting a key fob. A VIABLE OPTION IS FOR HONDA AND ACURA TO ALLOW OTHERS TO PROGRAM THE FOB. THIS IS A CONTROL ISSUE THAT IS SERIOUSLY HURTING YOUR CUSTOMER BASE. WE ARE LOYAL ACURA CUSTOMERS THAT ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOU.

We would like to have the emergency key ready when we come for service on September 8. We have talked with multiple dealerships in Ohio and also in other states. We have never been offered this option. I would like to know if you are an actual person or an automated response system.
