It was flawless I was met at the valet with a helpful individual who explained what I would need to provide in order to get the loaner car. He walked me to the counter and Amanda in the service center was great. She gave me the details for the estimate and stated that if it was possible to repair the rotors instead of replacing them that's what would happen. Low and behold it was in fact what occurred. When I returned the loaner to pick up my car it was in and out and very quickly. Love the valet for service, makes it very convenient to do before the workday begins!! Thank you More

Excellent Experience I took my MDX in for service. I was met at the valet with extremely friendly and caring associates. I worked with Larry and Todd in service and J. I took my MDX in for service. 3X to dealership and always had quality issues. First trip- 4 factory tires installed on factory rims- shredded rims on tire mount machine. Was told by service manager this cannot be avoided but cou First trip- 4 factory tires installed on factory rims- shredded rims on tire mount machine. Was told by service manager this cannot be avoided but could not explain why they were not damaged when put on at factory. After much arguing he finally paid to have rims repaired but not replaced 2nd trip - routine service trip- I ordered an end cap for an exterior door handle. Was told by parts personnel to make sure mechanic does not just snap cover onto bracket as it will not seal properly and will rattle. I relayed this information to service writer when checking-in to get work done. As soon as I checked the work after paying it was clear the technician did not do it properly. I went back inside and spoke to the service manager. He looked at it and said that it was normal for them to be that way. Again, when asked he could not explain why the end caps on the other 3 doors were tight and he asked for the opportunity to do it right. They took it back in and corrected the problem in less than a half hour. 3rd Trip- In for oill change. I had ordered another end cap ( for a different door) from parts department the day before. Part was at dealership the next day as promised (Awesome!). Again I asked service writer to ensure the end cap was put on properly and not just.snap it on. She said she would have a master technician look at it. I clarified the work did not require a master technician and explained what happened last time. I decided to wait while the work was done as it was only an oil change and end cap. An hour later the service writer came out with the parts I had ordered in her hand and told me it was going to cost $180.00 in labor to put it on. When asked why so much she said it was because they have to remove the door panel to put it on. Knowing the work could be done in less than 30 minutes, I declined. A quick search on YouTube shows it takes 1 minute and 27 seconds to remove door panel. I started the work at 10:16 AM and was done in less than 20 minutes. Bottom line- I took my TL to Acura Columbus because I wanted the satisfaction of knowing that all work would be done by a dealership whom I expect would hold a higher standard of quality synonymous with Acura quality. But if I have to complain about the obvious things not being done right, one cannot help but question the work that can't be seen. More
