They are very knowledge in all aspect about the vehicle. They serves customer at the speed of light. They get you in and send you out with a loaner car so you will be on your way to work or do whatever it is important to you. When the vehicle is ready to pick up, they give you a call promptly. The salesperson helping me was very helpful, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me great tips on using the tech features on the car. It was a good experience. Acura mdx We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off. We had issues getting our acura MDX to start. First visit was informed it was due to our blue tooth pulling too much juice while the vehicle was off....system was disconnected and issue seemed to be resolved. A week later the acura did not start again...brought it back in to find out I needed a new battery. Was pleased with service but wish this was caught on my first visit and would have saved me $100 plus. More

From the valet out front to the service desk to the Todd Skidmore, the customer service guy and the check out desk...you always feel like they are wanting to help. I love that they get you in on time and out as quickly as possible. The packet reflecting the breakdown of the service performed with graphics and descriptions are helpful for maintenance due now and in the near future. So you can plan ahead. I have no anxieties when scheduling service. Acura Columbus is where I purchased my MDX and where I choose to have it serviced. Hands down! More
