After thinking long and hard about what to say, all I can come up with at this point is that I am sorry. I beg you to please put my name and email address and phone number in your phone if you ever encounter anything like this with our store: John Connelly, johnconnelly@acuracolumbus.com, 614-763-2101. I wish I could go back in time and stop this comedy of errors from happening! I know that you spoke with our Service Manager, Larry Jones, and please let us know how to help remove the white paste. We do use a CRM, but we are much better with it on the Sales side! Usually we are so careful with sharing communication among everyone in Service, but this time it obviously did not happen. We are here for you to help. I know that our Service Manager, Larry Jones, and Fixed Operations Director, Jerry LaWarre, have reached out. Jami is always around to help also. The gas leak was a big deal. The construction next door cut a line and we were evacuated. My fault that we were not around to help you. I wanted everyone to get out as soon as possible in case something bad happened. Software updates happen all the time for radio and navigation issues and hopefully we can get your problem fixed.
