Got 'er done My wheel cracked, and I was desparate to get it fixed. Not only did this dealer get the wheel fixed correctly, they also performed the standard multi- My wheel cracked, and I was desparate to get it fixed. Not only did this dealer get the wheel fixed correctly, they also performed the standard multi-point inspection to make sure the rest of my car was working as well. I just wish they were open on Sundays. More

charged for rotation and then reinbursed I am VERY unhappy that after the wife got home I looked at the bill and then the car and saw that even though I was charged for rotation of the tires I am VERY unhappy that after the wife got home I looked at the bill and then the car and saw that even though I was charged for rotation of the tires they had not been rotated. If I had not checked I would have never know as I did have trust in Acura Collumbus. I called Zack and he said that he just charged me for that but did not know that the mechanic did not rotate them. He offered to put a credit or send me a check. I chose the credit but after thinking about it I would like a check. I really have know way of knowing if any of the other items that I was charged for where done or not. I do not feel I can trust Acura Columbus to do work on my vehicle any more and will not be returning to have survice or purchase there again. Larry Powell More
