Thanks for the feedback. We do have an automatic car wash. In fact, we just put in a new one a year or so ago. Cost over a hundred grand and our water and maintenance bills total over $10k a quarter not to mention hiring 4 workers to wash the cars ... that being said, we wash at least 100 cars a day and it can get backed up. Sorry about the loaner cars --- we have had a tough time keeping up with the air bag recalls and the need for loaner vehicles. This is despite having 45 loaner cars! I can't wait until we get all of our airbags in so we can get back to "normal".
