Excellent attention to detail My RDX needed the rear tailgate outer trim panel replaced and installed due to damages. Great experience with service and service personnel. My car went in for a routine oil change and systems check - everything was done quickly and efficiently while I waited. Quite the delay When I brought my car in, Jim was very helpful and road along with me to hear the noise I was hearing while driving. He did a great job by giving me his card and allowing me to call his direct line. Area for improvement: my part was not in so they had to order a serpentine belt and oil pan. The service was scheduled on Friday, they said they may be able to get it in Saturday (they did not), but were confident it would be done Monday. Instead, I called in the middle of the afternoon Monday to find out that the person who was going to do the service had not shown up that day. This meant that I did not have my car Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. To attempt to make this better, they let me have a rental car Monday. This still meant having to drive up in rush hour traffic 3 separate days to get my car back. More

Above average service. Brought my 2012 TL in for airbag recall service in Nov for a notice that I received in March. Apparently it took Acura 8 months to procure the parts Brought my 2012 TL in for airbag recall service in Nov for a notice that I received in March. Apparently it took Acura 8 months to procure the parts needed for the recall that explicitly states "could cause death" if not addressed. This is not and Acura Columbus problem, this is an Acura Corporate problem. After I was promptly & professionally greeted outside I was walked into the Service Dept where I was helped by Jami. She was very professional & pleasant to deal with. The only hiccup at drop-off was that she said that my car also had a software update recall that needed to be completed to correct transmission shutter. This had already been done in Sept so I guess my records had not been updated. Upon pickup I noticed that the tech report recommended transmission fluid flush service. I reminded Jami that this was already completed in Sept as part of the already mentioned transmission shutter recall. Again, my vehicle records must not have been updated or the tech making the recommendation could not see my vehicles history. All in all pretty good service but a little more could be done with record-keeping in order to uphold their service credibility. More
