Excellent service at Acura Columbus! We recently purchased a used RDX from Acura Columbus, after purchasing a new MDX earlier in the year. Adam Hannah was great and really helped us when We recently purchased a used RDX from Acura Columbus, after purchasing a new MDX earlier in the year. Adam Hannah was great and really helped us when we were looking for the MDX, and we were very happy that he was available to work with us on the RDX as well. There were several items on the RDX that needed attention, and Acura Columbus was very willing to take care of each of the items we found after our purchase. Zach Zeune set us up with the appointment and kept us informed about the progress. We are fortunate to have such a great Acura dealership in our community. More
Worst customer service experience ever The first appointment my part had not yet arrived. No one called me to reschedule and save me the 1 hour round trip drive. Instead of the minor repair be completed in the quoted time frame, they let me know that they needed several more hours. Time I did not have. A complete waste of my time! More
