There is a reason why we have been using the service department since 2004! By the way, I can say that we have never had a "redo" on the work that is done by the actual mechanical repair folks. More

Above and Beyond My Acura TSX rarely has any problems (109,000 miles), so I tend to go to my dealer for maintenance. This time I had to have the brakes replaced, and t My Acura TSX rarely has any problems (109,000 miles), so I tend to go to my dealer for maintenance. This time I had to have the brakes replaced, and the clutch checked. Jamie was my service agent, and she went above and beyond what I have experienced at past dealers. She kept me constantly informed (but not intrusively so) with a phone app, and had two other service people drive the car to check out a particularly puzzling problem. They agreed the clutch was acting hinky (my word) and finally resolved it as not being a problem. They did not even charge me for the extensive, time-intensive diagnostic work. I felt as if Jamie were treating my car as it was her own problem, and that is a rare relationship to have with a service agent who must process dozens of cars a week. I don't feel that Jamie is an exception for Acura Columbus. All the agents and people who work there seem to enjoy their time their, at least that is how it seems to me, seeing from the outside. John, the manager, has put together a great team of people who are skilled at their job and still considers the customer relationship as important. More

Service technician on autopilot?? Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Go Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Got home and found that my coolant reservoir was EMPTY and tire pressures exceeded recommended levels. One has to wonder what other item(s) was checked as "good" but not really checked. Not good to have to follow the service technician to make sure that he/she pays the necessary attention to detail. I expect more from Acura. More
