Quick Corrective Action I recently visited Acura Columbus and after picking up my MDX after a scheduled service had been completed, I had a few lingering quesitons that I nee I recently visited Acura Columbus and after picking up my MDX after a scheduled service had been completed, I had a few lingering quesitons that I needed to ask. In the follow up email asking for feedback, I stated my questions not knowing whether I would ever hear anything back. However, within thirty minutes I had a response from the owner of the company promising me he would research my questions and get back to me. Within a couple hours he had tracked down the folks with the answers and had created a solution for my lingering questions. This has been a family owned business since 1986, and taking care of the customer is definitely their priority. More

I was told by Lindsay Acura that my battery tested 'bad' but it was nothing to worry about right now. I decided to have it checked by Monroe which I have used before for brakes, oil changes, etc, and they said I needed a new alternator! Skeptical of this, I called Acura Columbus. Turns out it was just the battery and it definitely needed replaced. They discounted the service due to the issue with Lindsay, which I felt was very nice for them to do since it was a different dealership. They offer a free replacement vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced. Awesome place! Use them!! 😊👍🏼 More

It's ok here It's very difficult to get to the dealership, the traffic and location is awful. I took my car in for some work and replace the airbag under the campaign and install new filters for the cabin, left the car overnight, they didn't wash or clean the interior, I had to ask for them to wash it and they still did not clean the interior. When they have the car for 24 hours service should be better. More
