I started my car purchase research last November test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep m test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car!
