Hi Dianne - got your review. I understand your viewpoint. We make a big commitment to having loaner cars — currently we have 43 cars for our customers. I understand you are working within guidelines and if you can provide a loaner car for a two hour work time, that will gladly accepted. As for going to the shopping area nearby, it is possible. I usually have my elder sister with me and walking isn’t possible. I will be sure to ask for a shuttle ride. It was mentioned when I was there last, but not forthcoming. The intake persons did not initiate, nor did I insist.
